		<description>I like the Russell Stover low carb stuff too. If you look on the back
of the package it will tell you the "net carbs" for the serving size.
Like I can have 4 peanut butter cups for a net carb of 0.2!! I don't
think of that as falling off the wagon at all.
I'm doing the SB but just found out husband is diabetic so I'm
learning now all about carbs and how they are lowered by amount of
fiber and sugar alcohols. It's confusing but well worth reading about.
Like I don't do bread I do the low carb wraps. One wrap was something
like 18 g of carbs but minus the 11 g of fiber it's 7 grams of net
carbs!
If I was to screw up during the phase 1 period , which mine starts
monday since I'm done reading and ridding house of bad carbs, I'd want
it to be with russell stover by my side ;)
