tip re: plateauing

I think that for anyone who feels they have plateaued, try adding exercise
to the mix or more exercise if you have already been exercising.
Even walking is good! I know many people think about taking a nice long
walk AFTER meals. But for me, after I work out I don’t feel hungry (thirsty
for sure, but not hungry) right away. So I try and walk or exercise BEFORE
meals and it does actually help curb the appetite.
The other day I was sitting around and I know I was going to start on my
son’s jelly bellies, so I ran out to the mall to walk it, and window shop.
(I’m between jobs right now and sitting around the house makes eating more
tempting). I will also walk around the block when it’s nicer out, though I
have a treadmill it helps to get out of the house. So I scan the job
websites for a coupleof hours, then head out.
