Bought SBD cookbook and on day 2 phase 1
Just thought I would say hello. I did post before, but could not find
my posts. I like the cookbook because of the color coded pages.
Phase 1 recipes: pink tabs, Phase 2 recipes: blue tabs, Phase 3
recipes, green tabs. The last time I tried this diet I just used the
SBD shopping list. I was not very creative and I got bored. The
result was I quit after 10 days. I am determined to stick it out this
time. My husband is doing the diet with me so I think that will help
too. So far we are doing great and feeling satisfied. Good luck to
