Brand new :)
I just bought my SBD book today. I haven’t read it yet, and I’m
planning to start after I finish reading - which should be by next week.
I’m deperate to get my dress size down & feel healthy again. I tried
doing the Zone Diet, but I found it was like being a nuclear
physicist. Too regimented. I need something that I can clearly say
“no I can’t have that, or I can have a little of that, or I can have
as much of that as I want”.
Hopefully the SBD will help me meet my goals. I’m tired of being the
chubby chick.

30 y.o.
5′9″
222 lbs. (thanks to the height I hide it well!)
Dress size 18
I’d like to get down to about 150, and a size 8 or 10. I know it will
be a long journey — I’m counting on you guys to be there for me when
I fall flat on my face (into a cake!)!!!!
