new and need advice

Hi!
I am new to the south beach woe and have some questions and need some
advice! I have about 25 pounds to lose since having dd (3 years
ago!) and I am a former weight watcher addict - I am addicted to
joining and quitting about a hundred times - I’ve had success twice in
the past losing 25 pounds on ww and that is why I keep going back to
it, but this time, it’s just not working for me!! for many reasons!
my in-laws and mother have had wonderful success on south beach and
I’d like to give it a try, although I’d like to start in phase 2,
which some people seem to do -
are there any former ww’er out there and could you tell me what you
like better about south beach and if you have had success??
I am really looking for a healthier lifestyle and to lose this weight
for the summer and keep it off permanently!
