		<description>When does carb withdrawal end?

HI Elise,

I had an awful, awful time too.............and I'm getting ready to start all over with SBD. Once I got through Phase I, the rest was easy. I just fell off the SBD wagon completely at Christmas, and never got back on.

The thing that helped me with the cravings was sugar-free gum. The only problem with that is that for ME, aspartame is dreadful, even in just gum. I ended up with eustachian tube dysfunction from chewing it. BUT, if you don't have problems with Nutrasweet in gum, then that will help a great deal! I don't know WHAT I'll do THIS time around.

Good luck!
