I flopped
I went on Atkins, and went from 258 to 209 working at it all last year.
I thought I had it made! Wrong! I was hungry most of the time and felt
like I was lacking something. When I got to the weight I wanted to be
at I started my old eating habits and now am back to 260. More than I
started out at. I joined today as I have to get back with it. I hope to
learn from all of you a better solution than Atkins. I do need some
support right now as I feel like a total fat flop for letting myself
have a run away at the table. A friend of mine suggested I try this as
it worked for her and is still doing fine. I blamed my failer on the
fact that I finaly quit smoking a couple months ago, but I just need
the drive and learn from you folks. Thanks for listening.
