diabetics?
Any one here type 2 diabetic doing SBD?
I am curious about SBD, but i am diabetic and would like to know the
affects from it?

My daughter has type 1 and her endocrinologist told her she should be on SBD. My understanding is the diet was developed with type 2s in mind.
