Kraft SBD Cereal
I bought some of the Kraft SBD cereal and notice that it contains
sugar and has 21g of total carbs, 4g of fiber! That doesn’t seem
right. I also bought the low carb Special K which has no sugar and
only 9g of carbs. Anybody know what’s going on?

I have tried this cereal, and personally I do not like it. It does not
seem to follow the SBD guidlines and contains far more sugar than I
think it should for any phase of this diet.
I like Fiber One. 14g of Fiber, 60 Calories, and 11 net carbs. It is
a little expensive, but it tastes better than Uncle Sam and I think it
is better for you. Just my opinion.
