Day Four, Losing Weight, but Tired
Hi all,
Well, I’m in the 4th day of my confinement, and I’ve lost a couple of
pounds, and although it may be my imagination, I think my clothes are
fitting better. I’ve been fairly zealous about following the
guidelines, but I’m finding that I’m very tired. I went home at noon
yesterday and took a nap. Anybody else experiencing this, and will it
get better? I’m thinking that a big piece of warm apple pie with ice
cream melting over it would make me feel better, but I know better.

Kevin- I am on day 3. I too feel tired. And this a.m. I felt so
nauseous and a little dizzy. I just had my snack and I feel a little
better. But I am not looking forward to eating ANOTHER salad for
lunch. I think I will go buy some cottage cheese and try something
different today. Angela

Hi!
I’m new to the group. I just started the SBD 3 days ago. I want to
lose about 10 pounds quick and then keep my diet healthy. High
Cholesterol runs in my family so I’m very concerned about it.
I was just reading through the posts and I was glad to see that I’m
not the only one experiencing dizziness and nausea. After three
days of waking up sick I was beginning to think I was pregnant. haha
What are some of the other symptoms of the diet when you first
start? I feel so bloated. I actually feel 10 pounds heavier than I
did 3 days ago. When do you start seeing the weight lose?
What else besides eggs can you eat for breakfast? I don’t even like
eggs that much to start with but after 3 days of eating them,
there’s no way I can put another egg in my mouth. Sorry for so many
questions, I’m just looking for some advice.
I think all the success everyone has experienced with the diet is
great!
Thanks,
Leslie
