I'm new to the group. I just started the SBD 3 days ago. I want to
lose about 10 pounds quick and then keep my diet healthy. High
Cholesterol runs in my family so I'm very concerned about it.
I was just reading through the posts and I was glad to see that I'm
not the only one experiencing dizziness and nausea. After three
days of waking up sick I was beginning to think I was pregnant. haha
What are some of the other symptoms of the diet when you first
start? I feel so bloated. I actually feel 10 pounds heavier than I
did 3 days ago. When do you start seeing the weight lose?
What else besides eggs can you eat for breakfast? I don't even like
eggs that much to start with but after 3 days of eating them,
there's no way I can put another egg in my mouth. Sorry for so many
questions, I'm just looking for some advice.
I think all the success everyone has experienced with the diet is
great!
