Yesterday I whipped this up and even my sugar addict sister in law was
in love
2 trays ice cubes
1 TBP tasters choice french vanilla coffee
1 tsp hershy’s baking cocoa
2 ind packs of splenda
Process in food processor or blender until very smooth, pure into tall
cups and slurp away!!

Steak with Mustard Sauce
4-4oz. beef tenderloin steaks, trimmed (1 inch thick)
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
cooking spray
1/5 cup less-sodium beef broth
1/4 cup dry red wine
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
11/2 tbsp. capers
2 tsp. butter
Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add steaks; cook3 minutes on each side or until browned. Reduce heat to med.-low; cook 1 1/2 min. om each side or until desired degree od doneness. Place steaks on a platter; keep warm.
Add broth, wine, mustard and Worcestershire sauce to pan; cook 30 seconds, stirring with a whisk to combine. Remove from heat; add capers and butter, stirring until butter melts. Serve over steaks.

Chicken Poppers
3 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast
1 cup. ground fully cooked ham
25-30 cubes cheddar cheese (1/2 inch cubes)
1 lb. turkey bacon
2-3 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Flatten chicken to 1/4 inch thickness; cut into strips. Spread each with 1 tsp. ham. Place a chees cube on the end of each strip; roll up. Cut each slice of bacon in half widthwise. Wrap each around a chicken roll; secure each eith a toothpick.
In large skillet, cook roll-ups in oil until bacon is crispy; about 10 minutes. Add broth, salt and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-15 min. or until chicken juices run clear. Serve wam.

Yes your right. I actually used turkey bacon and ham.
