I have Kraft Parmesan Cheese and on the container is a sticker with the SBD
logo and it states it is approved for SBD’s so that would be another dairy
allowed, right?

It has less than 6g of fat, so the parmesan cheese is an approved
protein.
I assume you mean 6g of fat/serving, right?
This would then be the criteria for all dairy?
