Nini /Cheeses question

Wednesday, November 2nd, 2005

Thanks, Nini.
I got it about the milk and yogurt.
What about the ricotta cheese, the Laughing Cow light and the reduced
fat mozarella sticks that are so often mentioned here as snacks. Is
that phase 1 or not?
And I’ve never understood about lowfat or no fat cottage cheese as well
as some use of parmesan that I’ve also heard mentioned.
The main reason I want to know is that I cannot seem to digest the
almonds at all and want to know how to compensate if I want to do Phase 1.
Thank you so much for answering,
Suzan
