Shift worker just starting out

Hi,
I am an RN who works permanent night shift. I find it very difficult
to stick to any diet because of my shifts. I work 7 12 hour shifts
from 7.30 pm to 7.30 am every 2 weeks (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on,
3 off). Are there any other shift workers who have figured out how to
get everything in?
