Popcorn and portion size

Hi,
Sorry I have another newbie question. I looked over the archives but I
still seem to be fuzzy on portion sizing. Last night we had steak, my
husband said it seems like it was too much. It was about 1/2 llb per
person. He said your main course is only suppose to be credit card size
(according to new guidelines out by I think the American Heart Assoc or
something like that) I know the rules say as long as you eat approved
foods you should eat till you are satisfied. Could that mean 2 chicken
breast or 1 llb of steak, there are a lot of calories in these things.
I have a whirly pop popcorn maker that I love that uses very little oil
and little butter and I was wondering when I can make popcorn again? I
am in phase 1.
