1.)Is anyone a type II diabetic?
2.)Has anyone tried the SouthBeach Frozen Dinners?
I have been looking for a site that I can read about them, but cannot
find one.

I’m in phase 1 and want to know if sunflower seeds are ok. I posted
before I thought, but none of my posts are up. Help!

When did the diet change from the first book? I didn’t know it had
been revised or anything. Can someone tell me the specifics or tell me
where I can find the specifics?

Hi,
I am an RN who works permanent night shift. I find it very difficult
to stick to any diet because of my shifts. I work 7 12 hour shifts
from 7.30 pm to 7.30 am every 2 weeks (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on,
3 off). Are there any other shift workers who have figured out how to
get everything in?
