Hi there… I’m new to the board and was just wondering - what is “3% fat leben” you include in your recipe? Other than that, it looks really tasty!

On the south beach website there are vegetarian meal plans. If soy and tofu
dont you bore you I dont see why you cant do south beach and be a
vegetarian.
How strict a vegetarian are you anyway? eggs? fish? if you just dont eat
meat- then there are still so many options.
South beach is adaptable to even the finickiest eater- I know I have one in
my house.
Here is a new recipe that i have developed and has been a big hit.
Brancakes
1 cup oat bran
1 cup whole wheat flour
200 ML 3% fat leben
200 ML water
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
mix well
grease frying pan
yield is 10 brancakes
serve with your favorite sugar free jam or flavored syrup
