Hi, I’m new!
Hi, my name is Dee and I’m just starting phase two of the South Beach
Diet. I lost seven pounds during phase one so I’m pretty pleased with
how things are going so far. I lost 38 pounds in three months on
Atkins a few years back, but I decided to try South Beach this time
since you get to eat a few more of my favorite things on this one.
I’m 54, live in a small town in northeast Ohio with my husband and 11
year old daughter. I also have another daughter who is 25. My older
daughter and I are both doing the diet so we are constantly comparing
notes!
I’m anxious to read more of the board and get some new ideas and recipes.
