Size and goals

How have you determined what you want you end goal and size to be? I am working at 20 pounds at a time. Which I like but, part of me is curious how low I will be able to go. My lowest adult weight was 127 and that was pre marriage, babies ect. I worked as a janitor 24 hours a week. Did not eat much and took a swimming class. It was during college. My most comfortable young weight was 135. but with babies ect I don’t know if I will see that again.

yep…..I know that according to my fitness center around 130 is a good weight for me to be they said. At the time they told me I only had 10-15 pounds to lose so I was elated!
Now I have at least 40 and probably 50 to lose to get to that. I havent’ weighed in the last two weeks since my two bouts with PMS. (finally got my period, I’m nursing)

ps-130 would still leave me 20 pounds over what I used to weight for 20-30 years, but taht’s okay with me.
