Phase 1 again

Tomorrow I am starting PH. 1 again. Anyone thinking of doing this and want to join me? I have been in limbo for the past few weeks. I want to start with the first phase again. So here I go again.

I spent some time doing training where the food was not what I choose so I just made the best of it. I want to get back to work and this will give me a definate and clear start.

I was goiing to start today but, I am sick and so I am not eating much and it was food that my husband bought while I was gone at training.

    Hey Pam
I started in Phase 1 today because there has been some status quo in the
    weight reduction.
Since 1st of August I have lost 8 kilos (I do not know how many pounds)
from 130 to 122, but have status quo in over a weekd because to much
party (= beer). My goal is, that I weigh 110 kilos the 24th of
December. My overall goal is 90 kilos the 13th of July (my birthday)
    next year.
On wedensday (spelling?) we have a meeting at my workplace about a
    competetion against other companys employees.
The goal of the competetion: To loose as much weight as possible.
It is a kind of “the biggest loser”-show.
I am thinking of introducing SouthBeach combined with DrPhil to my team.
This can only be a succes.

    Hej Becky
In DrPhil, there is a dietplan.
    Here it is:
    http://www.drphil.com/articles/article/403
There are 5 other keys which has nothing to do with the foodplan or
execiseplan, but about what you think, feel, impulsecontrol, enviroment
    control and socializing (spelling??).
And the 6th key is about exercise.
So yes there is a lot of philosophy in the 7key-plan. And I think it is
“mandatory” for a longterm weightloss (longterm = life time)
You see the the recommed order on
