Baby Exercise was New to SBD with question

I had an exercise idea for you. Please forgive me if I have already said it before. But, a little is better than nothing. I wanted to exercise when one of my little ones was uncooperative. I just put on upbeat music sometimes kids music sometimes Beach Boys. Whatever you like that is fast and then dance around and play with the little one for about 30 minutes. It is not the same as an aerobics class or tape but hey it makes you feel good and the baby smile.

Not regularly. My baby gets up before 7 am, and stays awake for a few hours before napping. I homeschool my kids, so you’d think I could take time out for PE.. well, I could never seem to get that in, so I signed them up for martial arts. We do that 3 afternoons / week.

I know this is no excuse, but I’m really so exhausted that I can’t make myself do exercise… although I’m so envious of my kids and all that they can do.(The girls have not even belted yet, but I’m convinced they could hold their own in an attack - WONDERFUL self defense for teen girls!!!) It’s my intentions to have the teen girls ‘work-out’ with me in the mornings, and ‘teach’ me martial arts as they learn them. Maybe when the baby gets older. It’s getting better weather, too, so maybe I can start taking baby Rob out and putting him on a blanket while we work out.
