South Beach Diet Phase 1 Chili

I made this chili last night and it was delicious!!!
Ingredients:
2.5-3 lbs Extra Lean Ground Turkey
Box of beef broth (low sodium, low fat)
1 can whole tomoatoes in their juice (mash them up with hands)
1 can dark red kidney beans (rinse the kidney beans before putting in pot)
1 green bell pepper (diced)
1 medium red onion (diced)
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
2 tblsp chili powder
1 tsp dried oregeno
1 tsp cumin powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Brown turkey meat in skillet. Drain excess juices. Put browned turkey
meat in large pot. Add 1/2 to 3/4 of the beef broth. Add mashed
tomatoes w/ juice, rinsed kidney beans, diced green bell pepper, diced
red onion, garlic, chili powder, oregeno, cumin, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 2 hours. Add
remaining beef broth if you want it more soupy.
Dish up and top with low-fat shredded chedder cheese, chopped green
onion, cilantro leaves, and a small dollup of fat free sour cream
