Dr. Phil was: Phase 1 again
The links that were provided to Dr. Phil’s site really show what he thinks. He intends it to be a diet. I think the 7 keys are very helpful in setting up my thinking and my environment. I just did not quite understand the diet. I tried it for a while. But, one day I went looking for recipes and borrowed my MIL SB book. It made so much sense to me. So I switched to that for my eating portion. It works for me. I feel good and my weight is going down.
I discussed it with my Dr. and he was happy with my choice in diets. That is good since I am diabetic.
Dr. Phil says he deals with the whole person not just the weight. It was very helpful. You know things like creating a “NO Fail Environment”. You can’t eat what is not there ect. It was a good idea and helped me a lot.

Ok, isn’t Dr. Phil’s diet more his ‘philosophy’? or is it an actual eating program??
I have not read his book.
