help! I’m new…..
Can someone answer a few questions? I’ve looked at this diet for a
long time. I finally started today. The first question is do I have
to eat exactly what is on his Phase 1 menu in the book or as long as I
stay away from the “foods to avoid” list I’m ok?
I exercise quite heavily, I’m already feeling week today….I’m
wondering how to avoid this and when to eat enough.
ANY help would be so appreciated,
