Whole Wheat Pastas

I’m confused. I wanted to buy a pasta, but was suprised at all the
choices on the shelf. I didn’t know what to purchase. When I looked
at one brand (Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole wheat blend) the
ingredients were exactly the same as on their regular pasta…they are
also the cheapest, which made me think they were playing a packaging
game.
Can someone educate me on what should I be looking for in a pasta?
Also, what about the dried spinach pastas (or are they just spinach
blended with regular pasta?)
Thanks for the help! :) Kim

Kim, I think a serving of regular Ronzoni pasta has 2 grams of fiber and Healthy Harvest has 6. I’m not 100% positive because I only have the Healthy Harvest on hand.

I could be wrong because I am just starting phase 2, but I think you should stay away from the ones that say whole wheat blend and get the ones that say 100% whole wheat.
