Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole wheat blend

I could be wrong because I am just starting phase 2, but I think you should stay away from the ones that say whole wheat blend and get the ones that say 100% whole wheat.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          [INLINE]

Kim, I think a serving of regular Ronzoni pasta has 2 grams of fiber and Healthy Harvest has 6. I'm not 100% positive because I only have the Healthy Harvest on hand.
