Wow! Thanks alot for the help! We are on day 3 and things are going
much better. I've snacked on the string cheese and a few nuts. I think
i could go over board with the nuts cause i love them so. But...so far
i've not eaten more than allowed. I found the new foods list and that
really seemed to help. The book i have is i guess the old one and
didn't have so many "allowed" foods. The ricotta dessert thing i cannot
seem to do. I think its the texture. Going to find some
other "desserts" to make. Also, any suggestions on low sugar prepared
salad dressings from stores? I don't think i could do the oil/vinegar
one all the time. Thanks again.
