Just started!

Hubby and I started this today. I seemed really hungry even though i
followed the menu for day 1. Is this normal? If i get hunger pangs,
what if anything can i snack on? Can you snack on something AFTER
dinner? I tried the ricotta cream and just about lost it. yuck. I did
buy sugar free/fat free fudgepops. I basically bought everything
pertaining to the menu’s for phase 1 in book for next 7 days. I stuck
to menu today and i feel lost. incomplete. Any suggestions??
Any help greatly appreciated! OH…almost forgot. I am 34, 155lbs.,
5′7″. Two great kids ages 11yrs, and 18 mnths. I had gained almost 60
lbs with both and its harder for me to lose it this time, and i still
look pregnant. Thats one of the reasons why i am starting this.

    Wow! Thanks alot for the help! We are on day 3 and things are going
    much better. I’ve snacked on the string cheese and a few nuts. I think
    i could go over board with the nuts cause i love them so. But…so far
    i’ve not eaten more than allowed. I found the new foods list and that
    really seemed to help. The book i have is i guess the old one and
    didn’t have so many “allowed” foods. The ricotta dessert thing i cannot
    seem to do. I think its the texture. Going to find some
    other “desserts” to make. Also, any suggestions on low sugar prepared
    salad dressings from stores? I don’t think i could do the oil/vinegar
    one all the time. Thanks again.
