Pasta
I don’t often write, but do read every post. I have been on this “diet”
and am completely satisfied losing 40 pounds and keeping it off. The
only thing I craved was Pasta (I got in trouble with a member on
another list, so this is just my idea and thoughts and I think I can
help some of you) Have any of you tried Dreamfields pasta? When I first
learned of it, I was very sceptical-but decided to try it. I ate it
for 4 days in a row, and not small portions-not an ounce gained. They
have a Web site, I think it’s Dreamfield.com where they explain why,
but I can’t understand it. I will just keep eating my pasta, and hope I
have helped some of you. (it is more expensive, but it kept me on plan)
