I just started the program today but have been studying it for a couple of weeks. Let me see if I can give you some sound advice. I'm sure others already have. This is not my first weight loss program. LOL First look over the foods to enjoy list for Phase 1.  From what I have read from others new to the program it can be a little overwhelming. Relax. As long as you stick to the foods on that list you will be fine. I guarantee that you will find that you can convert some of your favorite dishes to be SB friendly. I have quite a few recipes I can send you too. Just email me.

Here is a couple of tips I learned from other diets.

Drink 100 oz. of water a day. Sure you go to the bathroom a lot but your skin will look great and you flush out the toxins and waste products from your body using up the fat reserves.

SB allows you to eat 6 times a day. So did another program I was on. I ate every 3 hours on that one and I do on this one. Works for me. I get up at 5:30 and try to be in bed at 9:30. Breakfast at 6:00, snack at 9:00, Lunch at 12:00, Snack at 3:00, Dinner at 6:00, Dessert at 9:00. Speaking of eating every three hours. Hey if you get hungry eat! Even if it is between Lunch and your Afternoon snack. You are not supposed to go hungry on this program. You can snack on anything on the Foods to Enjoy List. I would suggest though that it be something like a piece of cheese or a slice of turkey. Something just to tie you over to the next time you are supposed to eat.

Save some money. If you don't mind having the same thing 2 times in a row have leftovers from the night before for lunch.

That's all I can think of right now. Brain dead. Been with 5 &#038; 6 year olds all day.

If you have any questions post them.  I'll try to help all I can. Like I said I'm just starting too but if you ask something that I don't know off hand I will try to find the answer.

If you don't mind me asking, how much are you trying to lose? I'm trying to lose 45 pounds.
