I’ve read that you should drink half your weight in ounces of water… if you weigh 100 lbs, you drink 50 oz.

oh and I drink more than that amount of water daily most days…
I’ve heard that you need an extra 50 oz or so when losing weight
or in order to lose weight. But at least you are getting that much.
I would probably contact your doctor so that he can encourage you in the
weight loss dept. anyway. He might even know of some simple things that will
help you….

i’ve read something about drinking the 64 and then adding on a certain amount depending on how much over your “ideal” weight you are…..
