		<description>Does any one use Vinegar  to help lower there total GI for a meal or overall day??  I read that Dr. A suggests eating foods or dressing that are high in Vinegar for acidity  and/or add Metamucil occasionally for added fiber to help slow digestion.

Personally I LOVE vinegar and eat limited amounts by the tablespoon...
There are lots of GI food list out there. If you have a favorite, I'd like to have it.
