is this ok for phase 2

Weight Watchers Mocha Yogurt
1 t. SF chocolate syrup
1/2 t. vanilla extract
1/8 t. instant coffee powder
2 t. sugar substitute or sugar
1/2 cup plain unflavored yogurt
In small bowl, mix syrup, extract, coffee and sugar. Stir until coffee is dissolved. Stir in yogurt. Cover and chill. 96 calories per serving

Now for the help Portion…. I took my 9 year old daughter to the doctor yesterday in the last 8 months she has gained 30lbs. The doctor is very concerned. DD is short like her mama and built just like me. She is not a couch potato. She is in cheer, she skates, rides her bike and can’t sit still for more then 5 minutes.
She and I talked yesterday and to be truthful she doesn’t get the whole diet thing. So I told her we would go on a diet for 2 weeks then we would just eat healthier after that. She thought that would be fun (little does she know). But with her being nine I don’t want to harp on you can’t eat this and you can’t have that because then she will just sneak food when she is out. I was thinking of trying to just keep it positive and concentrate on eating healthy instead of a diet. Any suggestions???
