hi Pam
Hi Pam, I don’t really do menus here. I try to keep in mind what I’m supposed to eat and what types. Then I go to the frig and cupboard and put together a meal. That is probably why I am not losing any faster but I’m happy. I’m focusing on trying to figure out what I can eat and still gradually lose so this can be a life long eating plan not just a diet. The key for me has been to keep refined carbs out of the house. I’m lucky because I don’t have a husband to make demands in that area and my kids are all grown and gone.
Most recently I have been moving towards more organic stuff and it seems to help me but I know most people cannot do this. I’m not totally organic but I do try to have most of our meat and eggs organic the stuff they shoot full of hormones etc. I don’t think our grocery bill is too much higher because I eat so much less. I’m not hungary all the time now.
When I plan a meal I look for a protein, a complex starch, and veggies that are not starchy. I get tired of salads so I go with raw veggies at times that I just cut up and leave off the lettuce.
If I get really hungary for something even if it is supposedly not on the diet I have a small amount and then go back to phase II. I’m afraid I’m very relaxed with it because I want it to be a way of life and I can’t put too much focus on food in my everyday life. At first I had to work at it but now it is much easier.

Glad to hear from you. I got very sloppy on my program in Aug/Sept.
and actually gained 4 lbs. But went back on ph1 in Oct. and have now
lost 6 lbs. I let too much chocolate and wine creep into my plan so
had to cut that out. Also started exercising this week so I am hopeful
for quicker results soon. Please share some of your menus and ideas
and I sometimes get in a rut. Thanks to all her share. - PAM
