those that are on Phase 1
This was my grocery list for the month. I wasn’t able to look at the
fat/calorie/carb content for all of it cuz of my vision.
wal-mart peanut butter (I made a mistake buying this cuz it’s high in fat- I
didn’t realize that until after I got it home)
3 cans of chick peas
5 cans of tuna in water
1 can of ginger tuna- dont ask me, i have no clue)
3 cans stewed tomatoes (I thought after I got home that tomatoes for p1 is
off-limits. Oops)
mozzarella cheese brick
string cheese
Sargento stars n moons cheese snack
celery
radishes
pork chops- assorted family pack (so it lasts the month)
broccoli normandy (have to throw/give away the carrots)- 2 pkgs
green beans
sliced turkey/chicken- 5 packs each
celery
onion
cabbage (was cheaper than lettuce)
fat free ricotta
nonfat plain yogurt (the person that said mix ricotta and yogurt with Equal-
had to use real sugar yuck- YUM!)
low fat 24 oz cottage cheese- 2 containers
salad dressing
SF gelatin- 4 boxes
2 12 pks diet soda (is it right that it’s only 2 cans/day?)
