nuts as snack?

what kinds of nuts are allowed? Are mixed nuts and party peanuts ok? (That way I can get ‘em on my FS card nxt time I go to WalMart)

And should I follow what they say on the pkg for serving amount?

wal-mart peanut butter
3 cans of chick peas
4 cans of tuna in water
1 can of ginger tuna (dont ask me, i have no clue)
3 cans stewed tomatoes
mozzarella cheese brick
string cheese (3 or 4 left)

celery
radishes
pork chops- assorted family pack (so it lasts the month)
broccoli normandy (have to throw/give away the carrots)- 2 pkgs
green beans
sliced turkey/chicken packs

celery
onion
cabbage

fat free ricotta
nonfat plain yogurt
low fat 24 oz cottage cheese- 1 1/2 containers
salad dressing
SF gelatin- 4 boxes

South Beach Diet already failed

I got upset/anxious and what did I do? Totally messed up my diet by having THREE popsicles in a row- dairy-free Raspberry n Cream (2) and dairy-free Orange n Cream (1)
I knew I’d mess up eventually- cuz I already messed up by getting regular peanut butter (not natural like I should have) and having too much salad dressing with my salad yesterday….. Lord knows I’m a f***-up anyway………

This was my grocery list for the month. I wasn’t able to look at the
fat/calorie/carb content for all of it cuz of my vision.
wal-mart peanut butter (I made a mistake buying this cuz it’s high in fat- I
didn’t realize that until after I got it home)
3 cans of chick peas
5 cans of tuna in water
1 can of ginger tuna- dont ask me, i have no clue)
3 cans stewed tomatoes (I thought after I got home that tomatoes for p1 is
off-limits. Oops)
mozzarella cheese brick
string cheese
Sargento stars n moons cheese snack
celery
radishes
pork chops- assorted family pack (so it lasts the month)
broccoli normandy (have to throw/give away the carrots)- 2 pkgs
green beans
sliced turkey/chicken- 5 packs each

cabbage (was cheaper than lettuce)
fat free ricotta
nonfat plain yogurt (the person that said mix ricotta and yogurt with Equal-
had to use real sugar yuck- YUM!)
low fat 24 oz cottage cheese- 2 containers
salad dressing
SF gelatin- 4 boxes
2 12 pks diet soda (is it right that it’s only 2 cans/day?)
did I do ok? Please let me know.

Question about phase 2

I have been on phase 2 for two weeks and I have succesfully added back
in 3 good carbs, mostly whole grain bread and fruits, but I also
joined curves around the same time I started phase 2 and I have not
lost one single pound, I haven’t gained, but I haven’t lost either and
I am finding that really frustrating. Does anybody know what I should
do, or have any suggestions that might be helpful?
