I have broken the century mark…
Hey all,
I have crossed the 100 lbs. mark this month with the SBD and the
gym work I have been doing. Overall, I have gone from a 3XLT shirt
to a L and a 48-50 in pants to 34-36. I started at almost 340 lbs.
and I have hit 235 lbs. this month. I started the diet in January
2005.
I think I would ultimately like to be down to around 225 lbs. My
initial goal was 230. I am also wanting to try ro get below 10%
bodyfat for my firm’s Beach Weekend party and volleyball tourneys I
play in the Spring/Summer 2007. With diligence I should be able to
do it.
One question I had was how do I post pictures to the group? I
want to show my progress.

Current: 235 lbs.
