My 6th day

Hi…!!!
I have some questions that maybe you guys can help me…
This is my 6th day in th SBD but I do not see any weight drop yet not
even a pound here is an example of one of my daily meals, please if
you see that something is wrong help me…. I’m really frustrated.
Monday:
B: 2 egg omelet with mushrooms and peppers one cup of black coffee
S: Garbarzos (in the oven really crispies with salt and crisco non
stick butter flavor. (at lot of this)
L: Turkey breast seasoned with paprika, salt and pepper (I’m using
Crisco non stick olive oil spray), one large green salad
S: Ricotta cake (ricotta, eggs, and splenda)
D: Chicken breast (cooked as the turkey) with a large salad
Tuesday:
Pretty much the same o monday.
Please is there something wrong????
