This is SO HARD…….. but I am trying again. I didnt gain back all the weight I lost thank goodness, I’m only 190 lbs (was 188) So I guess that’s something
I slipped a tiny bit- got a salad blend that has snow peas and carrots. But I need SOME type of fresh veggie, and when it comes to them I’m extremely picky. Got KraftFREE dressings too, gonna store two in my lil cubbyhole in my closet in my room. Gonna make my stuffed peppers tomorrow, too. Found Laughing Cow cheese- didn’t get it tho, got SBD cheese, cuz of how much it cost. I also got more sugar free popsicles, fudgesicles, and creamsicles (in a 20-pack on sale). Not sure about the creamsicles if theyre ok, but it’s sugar free, so I’m still trying. I wanted to get this bread I wanted to try (was on sale) but I stopped myself, cuz I really need to try to get rid of the fat.
I heard some ppl spread LC cheese on celery? What about putting it in salads? Anyone ever tried that?
What type of fish is ok, what type is not ok?

The Normal Fast involves abstaining from all solid and liquid food except for water.
The Absolute Fast involves abstaining from both food and drink. You should never stay on this fast more than three days unless under the direction of the Holy Spirit.
The Partial Fast involves abstaining from just certain foods. You can live on just certain foods during the duration of this fast such as bread and water, or you may choose to fast a certain meal each day.
The Daniel Fast consists of fruits, vegetables, and water.
The Juice Fast consists of fruit and vegetable juices only.
The Television and Entertainment Fast involves setting aside television, radio, newspapers, and other forms of entertainment to seek the Lord.
The Water, Honey, & Lemon Fast is considered a cleansing fast. Squeeze ½ lemon in a cup of hot water and add honey to add flavor. This recipe can be used for an extended fast.

Day Three - lost 2 lbs - thanks for the beef and asparagus recipe who
ever posted that is was wonderful!!!
I am not eating the “don’t eats” but I am not eating all the veggies I
am supposed to on the plan. So today I brought my salad and I picked up
one of those individual Green Giant broccoli & cheese from the frozen
veggies section of the grocery store. I need to add the veggies - not
just tuna, salad, and meat. Breakfast was eggs. So far so good.

I’m back. I can’t believe how much I’ve strayed and how much I gained.
I won’t even list the cr@p I have been eating. I need to get it
together now - I’m here for support, both the encouraging kind and the
stern kind.
Since I am a very visual person I made a count down to my goal weight
in Red white and blue. I went to the grocery store. I enlisted my
husband’s support.
I’m putting a banner on my mirror I see every morning that says:”
Nothing tastes as good as bring thin feels”.
Okay - full of motivation. Not let’s see some will power and follow
through!!!
